Nothing, it had horrible service

The service that we recived was poor and didnt meet my expectations. Ended up leaving early and getting a refund.

This hotel is dont good.

Price, disturb, not clean.

Free shuttle from and back to the airport. Even when they lost the key to the shuttle, they called us a cab and paid for it. A decent, basic room. We were only there a total of 9 hours (spent 7 sleeping).

Waited at the front desk for 10 minutes before staff showed up - I know we were checking in late, but we couldn't find a soul! Used a courtesy phone to call the "front desk" (while we were standing there), and no one ever answered. Phone rang for about 3 minutes.

Dirty, hot, and waited 10 minnutes before the front desk clerck showed up to check us in

The location of the hotel is not in a good place staff were rude and getting to the airport on time....yeah right missed my flight!! Pool is gross and dirty.

bed was clean

toilet was loose and a bit noisy. There was no internet though it was advertised as part of the price and the hotel clerk lied and said it was working and then didn't answer my calls when I tried to call back. They took a small discount off the pirce but I think this was already the price and they said it was before taxes so I don't believe we had any discount.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The lounge had really good prices and the food was good.

When I went to check in they told me that I had been scheduled to come the night before even though my email confirming the reservation had the correct date. I was still able to get a room but he kept telling me I was a day late. We liked the bar so we decided to stay another night and were told the bar would be open but after rushing back to the hotel before it closed we were told it was not actually open. It was very frustrating

Proximity to Airport. Planes going above you in the morning is pain in the butt. Breakfast is terrible.

This motel was convenient to the airport which suited our purposes which was what we needed.

Temperature controls in the rooms were not satisfactory - took a very long time to cool off.

This hotel was inexpensive and located close to the airport. Beds were comfortable.

The room was not a "Double Room" as described. There was something disgusting on the floor. The hot water did not work in our room.

Pool closed breakfast, finished early, ants all in room, beds uncomfy, unsafe area. Bad hotel does not deserve the ramada name.

The swiming pool was good looking, unfortunately it was not well maintained: the water looked very dirty.

Generally speaking, the room looked dirty and not maintained. The restroom was letteraly a nightmare, the wireless was barely working, the floor looked so dirty and the bed as well. We tried to book for a dinner but the service was not available (it was 9.18 pm and the service suppose to stop at 10.00 pm). Therefore we had to take the car to find some place where to eat. In the morning the breakfast suppose to be available 'till 9.00 but at 8.00 there was nothing to eat. We tried to ask the managerfor some help and she told us that for the poor money we better accept that kind of service.

Pool was nice, staff helpful

Carpet in room was very marked and seemed dirty.
